Grounds & Amenities
The Grainary Boutique B&B sits on 40 acres of open countryside in Harwood Dale, with its own wildlife and numerous scenic walking routes. A woodland board walk leads guests to a wetland area that contains the rare Royal Fern. The property has a children's playground, a picnic area, a sun terrace, and accessible parking with CCTV in common areas and outside.
Rooms & Accommodation
Each of the 15 colourful rooms includes an en suite bathroom, a Freeview TV, and a welcome tray with tea, coffee, and biscuits. Room types range from the King Room and Superior King Room to a Family Room and a dedicated King Room with Disability Access. The Foxgloves Cottage offers a private patio with goats right outside the door.
Dining & Farm Animals
The on-site restaurant serves dinner and an exceptional breakfast with views over the rolling hills and a pond. The property is a working farm home to resident ducks, goats, donkeys, chickens, sheep, and pigs - including Horace and Mavis the pigs. Guests can interact with the farm animals, and special diet menus and wine or champagne are available at the bar.
